1. Acceptance

By accessing falcon2.lol or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

falcon2.lol is an independent third-party website that publishes information about the Falcon 2 model series and sells prepaid credits and plans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Technology Innovation Institute (TII).

Falcon, Falcon 2, and related names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the Google account you use, for keeping access to it secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

4. Credits, plans, and payment

Credits and plans are sold as described on the pricing page. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

• Credit amounts, validity periods, and prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown until you cancel from your billing settings.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, purchases are non-refundable.
• You may not resell, transfer, or redeem credits for cash.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt the site or its providers.
• Use the site for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with TII or with this site.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, including plans and features, at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information about Falcon 2 is provided for general information and does not replace the official documentation, license terms, or benchmark results published by the model owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
